Good
Great location, staff are lovely.
Our rooms weren’t ready on arrival and they rushed to get them ready meaning they weren’t properly cleaned, carpet hadn’t been hoovered n the dust on the side and lamp etc hadn’t been touched. Other than that it’s a great place to stay

Love Blackpool and will be visiting again but not there
The front of house and bar have been well renovated and the staff are really good
It wasn’t clean and needs a lot of money spent on it our shower was mouldy the lamp full of dust the mattresses are cheap and like sleeping on springs the owner needs to learn how to communicate with the clients my daughters room had no heating and they were freezing he was told and did nothing until the second night when she insisted he moved them as her son is asthmatic and her room hadn’t been cleaned we had to wait for that to be done all in all we won’t be using this hotel again
